How to read this figure
Method
Net weight the partner country declares having imported from Chile in the year, according to UN Comtrade, converted from kilograms to tonnes. The total row is used, which does not separate mode of transport or customs procedure.
Limitations
The figure is assigned to Chile because it describes Chilean honey as seen from the buying country. The source publishes no named licence; its terms allow transformed data to be redistributed, so the converted figure is published rather than the original file.
Confidentiality
No threshold: the figure is the total another country reports for its imports, and it describes no identifiable Chilean people or firms.
Revision policy
The whole series is recalculated when the agency publishes a new edition, and the previous version is kept as an erratum with its reason.
