How to read this figure

Method

The country's honey production, transcribed from the year's cell together with the flag that same cell carries. No figure is converted or completed.

Limitations

The source flags each year with its own status: some years are the country's official figure, some are estimated by FAO and recent years are imputed by a receiving agency. That is why the method is stated per status. Years with no figure are flagged by the source as data that cannot exist and are published as such, without a zero.

Confidentiality

No threshold: this is the national total published by FAO, and it is not calculated over identifiable people or firms.

Revision policy

The whole series is recalculated when the agency publishes a new edition, and the previous version is kept as an erratum with its reason.
